curly hair stylist in North London or Herts

Hi,
I live in Herts and work in London. I've had some really shocking hair cuts over the last year or so, at local salons, and I am growing out the last one now. (I am actually really angry with myself for being such a dick, it has been cut in really stupid ways by people who didn't look at it dry)

My hair is wavy / curly, red, and I need a short bob that doesn't ping up stupidly by cutting too short layers into it; or form a horrible wedge shape or ... blah blah blah.

Are there any curly haired mumsnetters who know a good stylist?

Im not curly haired but can recommend Roxanne at Hob salon in northwood for a good cut. Not sure that helps tho!!

Not north London, but I have curly hair and see Trevor at "The Stress Exchange" on Tooley Street (near London Bridge). Not a mind-blowing haircut, but good and he clearly knows how to work with curly hair.

Check out Curly Hair London on Facebook. I can't link because I'm at work but I believe she has a salon and does proper dry cuts and then finishes after washing. Not sure exactly where she's based - probably closer than the Liverpool to Birmingham trip I have to take to get a decent curly cut
