Ideas for work wear. After 20 + years of wearing a uniform, I now have a job where I will need to wear my own clothes. Where to shop?

The environment will be smart casual (no jeans). I am a size 18-20 and I like Boden wrap type dresses but need ideas of where else to shop for smart clothes. I'm trying to avoid black as it drains me but navy and brown suit me better as neutrals with brighter colours for tops.
Any suggestions?

Oh snap, I too have been in uniform for yrs and now in smart casual .

I wear sort of uniform of black or navy tapered trousers with smart top / blouse .

I have bought tops from boden , evans , navabi , m&s ..but its been very hard tbh and await some suggestions from other posters.

Thanks. Have managed to buy a few dresses and tops in the sale from Boden and Joules. I've also seen a few tops in Next that look nice. I'm looking forward to wearing my own clothes after years of uniform wearing!!
