What's the best brand/brands of makeup for tweens/teens

Middle DD has a very keen interest in the artistry of makeup, she loves playing around with it but doesn't want to wear it out.

What brands are good for her to use, that are trendy but not terrible for her skin etc? I appreciate that they may all be chemical-filled and not particularly 'healthy' per se but I know very little about makeup and would appreciate a steer in the right direction.

Dd uses a lot of Superdrugs own stuff. The Revolution palettes are great value and the MAU stuff is good too.

Teaching skincare and make up removal are also key once they start experimenting with make up.

Rimmel and Barry M are cheap, cheerful, and beloved of teens. Don't know if any are "healthier" than others, though.
