need some warm fleecy tops that don't make me look bigger than I am (and I am big!!)

anyone know where I could get some warm tops , bearing in mind I'm 5 foot and a size 16/18 on top. Most tops fit my boobs but are too big on shoulders and make me look like a brick layer.

I've tried bravissimo, but they're too expensive.

Oh and I'm on a tight budget!!

thanks to anyone who can help.....

Hmmm - Lands End have some bits - a fleece v-neck , a fleece hoodie , and a fleece long-sleeved t-shirt . But I know they're not to everyone's taste, and they might still swamp the rest of you.

Also Principles have a petite range - though it only goes up to size 16, might still be worth a try?

Next had some in their Autumn/Winter catalogue. Sorry, can't find a useful link. They were just basic kind of crew-neck tops, in black or orange, IIRC, and Next does have a Petite range.

If you have Peacocks where you are, they have some nice cosy looking fleecy tops that aren't too bulky. They go up to a 22 and their sizing is quite generous.
