Skin not having a great time at the moment and I've developed some milia as well as tiny white heads around my chin. How do I get rid of the milia? I use Emma Hardie and nip fab glycolic pads on a standard day.

Sterilised needle, pierce skin, make a little hole, apply pressure, out they pop

Yes, a fine needle and a squeeze.

Over use of acid toners could be causing them. I use to acid tone every day but since I cut down to twice a week, I hardly get any milia.

Another vote for clean needle and a squeeze.

Use an acid treatment followed by a. Clay mask once a week (not more), should clear them up over time.
