I've found a REALLY amazing conditioner- just like the sort you get at the hairdresser's but cheaper!

My hair has never been so swishy unless I have been to the salon- it's Pantene Intense Hydration and it was either £5.99 or £6.99 in Boots I can't recall. It's a black tube.

My hair looks like it's been straightened but I've only blow dried it, it's amazing stuff.

I remember my boss when I worked in a salon years ago have a clients hair smoke while in the chair.

The silicone on the Pantene was burning. Ever since then the word scares me !

I think for me, it's worth it to try and repair hair from the inside, if you know what I mean.

Even expensive hair care can still just cover up problems instead of remedying them if that makes sense.

So I'm not being a weird snob (I do sound like one - plus I'm a hairdresser )

Do Pantene still test on animals?

I got it from Boots.

My hair is troublesome as it's got a very determined wave to it which looks awful so I have to blow dry it straight. A good conditioner is key ime to stop the kink and friziness. This is best I've found other than at the hair dressers.

How can you repair hair from the inside? It's dead, isn't it? The outsidey bits I mean.

Yes sorry very dead . I guess I mean good diet and not over colouring but I avoided that because it sounded a bit preachy, it's not the reason OP has problem hair as she has elaborated and I thought I sounded twatty anyway
