Need quality shoes - fashion and comfort?

I have back problems, and love Converse etc, but I really need some sort of cushioning. I love some of the shoes in Mint Velvet, but are these really worth the money? Or found these in Ecco.

Have you looked at Superga? So comfy and stylish. I love mine &
I find converse really uncomfy with the lack of padding. They are £50.
