Best everyday MAC lipstick

I haven't shopped at MAC in a while so feel a bit out of the loop. I have got some vouchers that are burning a hole in my pocket so want to purchase a new lipstick (or 2).

I prefer Matt / longer lasting as I'm rubbish at remembering to reapply and likely to smudge anything glossier.

Recommendations please!

Creme in your coffee is great for a wearable neutral (I'm warm complexioned). Love Mac lipsticks.

I've got Brave which is a lovely shade but can also recommend UD Rapture if you're after a beautiful darkish nude pinky shade.

Argh I'm not daring to search for the latest suggestions incase I regret my purchases!! Pretty pleased I got 3 lipsticks, a sample primer and free delivery for the grand cost of £3 after using both my vouchers. Now to anxiously wait for the post man

Does velvet teddy come up really brown?

Not on me, it's a darkish pinky brown but still nude-looking. It's just right if you have olive skin, but DD loves it too and she's much fairer than I am.

My favourites are Mehr, Whirl and Verve

Cheesymonster, I wouldn't say brown but it is a pinky beige sort of colour. It can look a little brownish on me (NC25) on its own so I always layer it over Soar lip pencil (which is a pinky nude) and this makes the perfect nude for me.
