Just a thought really, I can't keep up current spending levels at Lush & I have bubble bath from Avon & Boots but its not the same. Plus I'm going through a bit of a clean eating spell & don't want to sit in a bath full of chemicals.
So I was thinking, I grow my own veg & have pots of herbs outside, how hard would it be to make a herbal bath infusion. If I buy some muslin bags & stuff them with things like a chopped lemon & rosemary cuttings, mint & lemon balm cuttings or some lavender do you think it would work? I have Epsom salts as well but wouldn't want to use them every bath time as they are drying, sometimes it would just be the herbs and maybe some essential oils as well. I could also add cut calendula or nasturtium or chamomile flower heads to float on the surface.
Does anyone do this themselves?
I'm a bit
about adding the wrong herbs such as parsley or coriander, getting in the bath & feeling like I'm in a jug of vegetable stock waiting to be cooked in a pot
