Black velvet boots with embroidered flowers

I love these boots from Miss Selfridge, but I am in a dilemma!
They are £85, and I don't know if I can justify the cost, or really want to give that conman Philip Green any of my money!
Is there anywhere else that has similar style of boot which I could buy without feeling guilty?
