What do you call the flat casual metallic/stud shoes that people wear?

They aren't trainers as the ones I like have no laces! But they are definitely more trainer than shoe if that makes sense!

I can't think what they're called so don't know what to google!

Or go to Office/ASOS etc website and look to see what shoes they have in the style you like and see what they call them.
