Am keeping a lazy eye out for a replacement, mid-range tan bag. Something for everyday use that I can sling over my shoulder. Preference is for something with separate compartments so I can keep the kids' bits and pieces separate from my own. Saw this today. I quite like it but have lost confidence in my sense of style. What I don't want is something so big that I will end up carrying the kitchen sink and with achy shoulders to remind me of the fact that I have stuffed far too much in!

Any views ... or has anyone seen nicer?

Thanks!

I love the shape but not keen on the orangey tan color that a lot of bags seems to be.

Yes, I've looked at various colours to replace my old tan bag, but tan is definitely the most versatile and works in all seasons.
Don't feel like a black one this time of year, whereas all the light grey, taupe ones etc are too summery IMO.
Know what you mean about danger of tan being too orange (and actually loathe orange as a colour) but didn't feel this R and B one was in RL.

It's here ..... I don't feel the love. Dammit. It's the colour. It really does have an orange tone in daylight which wasn't apparent in shop lighting. Like a orangey toffee. It's not bad but it is putting me off. I love this bag and the colour www.mulberry.com/gb/shop/women/bags/totes/small-bayswater-double-zip-tote-oak-natural-leather - I tried it in store and it really was love at first sight. However, if I ever do get round to investing in a Mulberry I had planned on Oxblood .... but that tan is a perfect shade.

So I think I'll have to pay the post office a handsome sum to return it but will sleep on it for a day or two because the size and shape are good.

Meantime, if anyone else sees something in that price bracket which is a nice shade of tan, please feel free to link!!

Thanks for report back. It didn't look vet orangey in shop so interesting that it's a bit different in normal light.
Perhaps luckily for my credit card, I'm immune to the charm of Mulberries - they just don't do it for me. I don't find them interesting. Don't know why.
I also don't like 'turn locks', but they do seem very much around at moment.
