Too old to wear a leather biker jacket?

It is me, yes. But out of my league at the moment, thanks to new glasses and root canal

I love them and don't give a shiny shite if anyone things I'm too old or try hard.

I have a dark grey one and a black one and like them with skinny jeans, dresses, skirts and thick tights etc.

Being 'too old' is a state of mind. Whether it be yours or someone else's.

I honestly don't know what the expression 'try hard' is even supposed to convey.

Me neither Remus, don't most of us try to be the best version of ourselves? I do try to look what I consider to be nice, because it makes me feel better. Maybe its cool to look like you make no effort but that's not for me.

I have a black one and a pink one, I am 50. I love mine, have had a variation of one or another for years.

I've always had one (not the same one but similar) since I was 15, the whole family chipped in to buy it. I think its the only staple in my wardrobe, it goes with absolutely everything and I am planning to always own one. It never occurred to me to think about age!

I absolutely love mine and intend to never stop wearing it. However I think the 'too old' and 'try hard' thing is bollocks and you should wear whatever you like.
