Where are these oil/shine blotting papers of which you speak?

I've finally run out of Kleenex powder-free oil absorbing sheets (sob) and they've discontinued them in the UK (sniff). I've seen mention before of 'I buy blotting papers on Ebay in bulk' but I'm an Ebay virgin and I'm overwhelmed by choice. Please can someone give m a link to the ones (Ebay or otherwise) that they buy? Ideally ones that won't bankrupt me. Thank you!

superdrug haven't tried them, but they are cheap.

hugoagogo · 07/07/2016 21:41

Boots have a couple of different types. Search 'paper'

riskyinred · 07/07/2016 22:36

Superdrug ones are rubbish compared to the Kleenex ones. They're powdery and odd.

Watching this with interest as I need a replacement for the incredible Kleenex ones.

wordscantdescribe · 07/07/2016 22:39

I loved the kleenex ones and have started using ones by NYX, sold in boots. About £3ish. Not fantastic (paper thin, literally!) but takes away shine without leaving a powdery finish.

TheSpottedZebra · 07/07/2016 22:42

I loved the clean and Clear ones -blue ones.
They're discontinued too, the arses. I buy in Singapore when I'm there with work, or on ebay.

BananaL0af · 07/07/2016 22:43

I stock up on these Gatsby sheets, they're great.

Beketaten · 07/07/2016 23:29

I've ordered this from eBay as I was looking for something reusable and non-powdery:

Not arrived yet though.

LazyCake · 08/07/2016 00:07

I loved the Kleenex ones too - so annoying that they've been discontinued!

Will be following up some of these recommendations, thanks.

I now use rizla papers, the ones in green packaging. They work and v easy to carry around.

othgraph · 08/07/2016 10:44

I use DHC blotting papers. Buy from amazon or escentual. It's £4 for 100 sheets.

RobberBride · 08/07/2016 13:37

You're all wonderful, thanks!

Muji - £1.95 for 100 sheets:

Try home bargains if you've got one handy.

They were selling them off about 50p a pack recently.

Beketaten · 08/07/2016 19:29

My Blotterazzi came - it's actually really good and comes in a mirrored compact with 2 so you can have 1 in use and 1 spare. Was cheaper from a Chinese seller on eBay.

RobberBride · 08/07/2016 22:27

I'm sadly not near Muji or Home Bargains, so I'm going to start with Rizla (because, 26p) and see if they work first.
