tuck your shirt tails into trousers/skirt/ jeans? Normally I don't because most of my shirts are fitted, but I've got a couple of lovely ones which aren't (and are also quite long) and just look ridiculous if left hanging out. So would I be committing a total fashion faux-pas if I tucked them in?

i thought that was the mens style?

moondog · 21/01/2007 11:27

Depends on the shirt and the cut i think.

if it does look better tucked in...then maybe thats the answer

Big shirts left hanging out are reminiscent of man from Burton on a night out (surrounded by haze of bad aftershave and weighed down by a slick of hair gel.)

I just can't bring myself to wear them left hanging out, and when I do try and tuck them in I can just hear my younger dsis saying "omg here comes the 80s throwback"!
