oh god, I'm short and curvy and have unwittingly bought a 'volume' dress

I was so thrilled to find a size 12 dress that fitted, that I just bought it. Its dark blue chiffon, with lots of little pleats. I got it home, wondered why it made my already big hips look huge, and realised its one of those 'tulip' things. But I love the colour and fabric. Will it look awful?

Post a photo of yourself in it.

CODNoMore · 19/01/2007 18:12

i woudlnt wear it and i have hips that are equatorial

Booboobedoo · 19/01/2007 18:14

Yes, but if you've got smooth, curvy hips and a teeny waist it could look quite Marilynesque.

SoupDragon · 19/01/2007 18:27

The one in the link is hideous IMO.

AllieBongo · 19/01/2007 18:28

Quootiepie · 19/01/2007 18:31
