I've just bought these shoes - what do I wear with them?

They're the first properly comfortable shoes I've had for years, and I feel like an actual grownup when I wear them. Love them to bits but what do I team them up with?

Size 16, tallish, shape-wise hovering somewhere between apple and scaled-up hourglass...

Looking for smart worky and more casual ideas!

I'd wear a straight skirt on or below the knee or some slim cigaretty type trousers which I'd make sure ended above the ankle, (unless I was going for the prison officer look - they won't look nice with full length trousers). Team with a feminine(ish) fitted top.

Watching with interest as I have a similar pair in pink which I love. So far, I've only managed an oversized white shirt and leggings. Sigh.

For work, I think I'd go for a croppy or cigaretty trouser with a long vest and cropped jacket or blazer.

Or maybe peg trousers?
