Birkenstocks??

I need some comfy casual sandals for work but I can't make my mind up on the Burkenstock thing. To be honest I've never tried a pair on and I'm not struck on shopping other than Internet. The ones I've seen that look ok are the Madrid style although they remind me of Scholls. They also make me think of very large footed German/ Scandinavian tourist shoes. See I'm talking myself out of them already
Are they any good? Im size 5 and have widish feet.

Second pp Check out Sarenza just had some beauties out the sale....also TK Maxx. I'm normally a 6.5 but a 6 fit perfectly. I've trudged around 3 theme parks in them this week.

I'm also a ballet flat fan when weather not so good.

I have the papillo florida ones and they are amazing and so comfortable. I've work them in the summer in all weather and I think this is my 5th summer wearing them so they really do last and I'm one of those people who are first to get their feet out and last to put them away!
