Help. need shoes to go with a dress and possibly a cardi/cover up?

Have this dress (picture attached)
I'm wearing it for a christening in Germany next week.
What shoes shall I wear? What colour? What do I put over it in case it goes cold? What colour for that?

Yes they'd look lovely.

If go for a white cardigan to go over, I like longline very lightweight ones (h&m have some good ones) but a little cropped one might be nicer for a posher do.
