Right, I am going to cut my feet off

... because I can't find any sandals my stupid bastard feet will tolerate.

If there's anyone out there who has the same sort of stupid bastard feet as me, yet have obtained a semi-stylish yet comfy pair of sandals, please share!

I have high insteps and osteoarthritis at the base of both big toes.

What I would like are simple sandals, in a nice shade of tan or blue, with just a plain strap over the toes and an strap round the back of the foot (not slingback) to keep them on. And they must have squidge because I walk quite heavily on my heels and so really feel hard surfaces in my feet and knees.

There must be suitable sandals out there... Or do I want something that just doesn't exist?

Take a look at the crocs website. They do the most comfy sandals that actually look good (don't panic they are not all clogs) .

I bought a pair of sketchers go walk sandals from sports direct in blue and they are really comfy and squidgy on the sole so cushion my feet lovely. Not sure if they are any good for you
