That must be two tops morphed into one!

bundle · 16/01/2007 18:38

weird colour combos

SoupDragon · 16/01/2007 18:39

The style I like, but couldn't they get enough of one fabric to make a whole top???

hatwoman · 16/01/2007 18:39

they're just using up bits of old cloth

100PerCentCod · 16/01/2007 18:41

the children's hotchpotch combos work so why can't they get it right for the adults???

If the fabric patterns and colours matched or toned in some way it would work. Although children can get away with far more than an adult. Barbie pink anyone...?

filthymindedvixen · 16/01/2007 18:53

Gutted. The one year I could finlly afford to treat myself to something from Boden. And it's all fugly.

horrible and truly awful with untanned skin.

MamaG · 16/01/2007 20:19

oi I've got that top in every colour. I wear it with my red tartan trousers and canary yellow stilettos

marthamoo · 16/01/2007 20:22

I got the Boden catalogue this morning - wasn't impressed. I did like the green raincoat with the hood - but for £75 I think I'll stick with my cagoule

spykid · 17/01/2007 17:47

Sorry to be the only one to disagree......I LIKE IT!!!!

Tutter · 17/01/2007 17:48

you know what, on her i think it looks lovely

eversoeverso slightly bohemnian (in a middle class, shiny boden kind of way)

but on me it would look blardy awful

CountessDracula · 17/01/2007 17:51

I really don't like boden for grown-ups

so fuddy duddy

Tutter · 17/01/2007 17:55

for a moment, CD, i was taken in by the lifestyle pic (and me an ex-marketeer an' all)

but swiftly realiused boden stuff makes me look 10yrs older and achingly dull

but i do love mini-boden stuff

Greensleeves · 17/01/2007 18:00

I like it, I'd wear it

marthamoo · 17/01/2007 21:35

Never mind all that - did you look at the men's clothes ? Check out this mingerstrosity, particularly in the stripes. Grounds for divorce if you ask me.

Fubsy · 18/01/2007 23:26

My dad dressed like that in about 1974

myturn · 18/01/2007 23:27

If you are that skinny you can make almost anything hideous look wearable

taffy101 · 18/01/2007 23:34

I quite like it but would look crap on me

brimfull · 18/01/2007 23:40

I quite like quirky hotpotch patterns on clothing but now that boden are dragging so many of them out ,they seem to have lost their appeal.

MrsJohnCusack · 18/01/2007 23:49

the men's clothes are always awful I think
that top is awful. a shame cos some of the individual prints are quite nice, and the style is nice - I got 2 last year

agree the kid's clothes are much nicer.
