The belt is one of the 4 blues - it's teal like the dark blue splodge on a green bit

IMHO I would not accessorise with green.

i would pick out the navy.

But TBH I am not sure if that dress is dressy enough for a wedding in Cannes.

Would you not prefer something longer and wear a fascinator and be dead dressy?

I do like the dress but not for a special wedding.
