Hi,
I'm a stopper and starter with this. Don't think I've had any success personally, but then perhaps that's because I'm more of a stopper! 
Anyway, I do occasionally hear a success story, but not very often and was just wondering- is this because actually not many people do it\keep going with it? Or is it just simply that it doesn't work?
