Dresses for a wedding in Barcelona for short person

I am off to a wedding in August and would like some advice on dresses.

I am 5'2'' and a curvy 14 with a small bust. I would like something colourful and ideally in silk which could be dressed up or dressed down for future work.
I have a decent budget but nothing too pricey.

If you could think of saddles to go that would be great. Thanks in advance!

What other places do similar? I wonder if ASOS or Very might be any good. I don't want anything too structured - apart from being hot I don't really need to be shaped but at the same time don't want to end up in a tent.

Those are right within my budget. I want something colourful or can be dressed up. Some do look a bit corporate.
