It's finally happened to me, a favorite product of mine has been discontinued! What have you lost and have you managed to find a dupe. Mines is;

Chanel lipstick in charme
Soap & glory lipstick in the missing pink

I think I'm going to give MAC fabby a try as it looks similar.

Tigi Shine Junkie.

Smelled gorgeous and gave the perfect high shine without greasiness or heaviness.

Indecisivejo · 13/05/2016 17:57

Versace yellow jeans perfume! Loved it!
Dermalogica treatment foundation then their cover tint foundation grrrrr!!
Johnsons ph 5.5 fragrance free cleansing milk and the face cream too!

lemonymelanie · 13/05/2016 17:58

Clinique quick liner in moss. It was just the perfect shade and tone of grey-blue-green for my pale grey eyes. It made them 'pop' as they say. And now tis no more.....I emailed them and they directed me to a 'similar' colour, but it is far too green- moss is beautifully subtleand perfect for my overall pale colouring. Why do companies do these things when they have got us hooked?

TheSpottedZebra · 13/05/2016 17:58

Aveda Sap Moss - the whole amazing range, but mostly the nourishing concentrate.
I've tried almost every conditioner out there and nothing compares 2 U to it.

spankhurst · 13/05/2016 18:00

No.7 Radiance Balm. It was AMAZING. Then they totally changed the formula to a greasy, glittery goop. Pah!

bibbetybob · 13/05/2016 18:19

Avon used to do a shower gel that had an exfoliating gel and a moisturising gel, in a sort of double bottle. Both came out when you squeezed it. Smelled lovely and made skin so smoothie smoothie.

My other discontinued favourite- in the mid 90s I bought a tinted lip balm from boots. I'm sure it was Natural Collection, but much posher than it is now. It was sugar plum flavour, it was absolutely gorgeous and I've still not found anything that flavour that smells quite the same.

there is also a hole in my heart for the 90s Tinkerbell perfume... Sad

L'Occitane Honey Soap ( Not the Honey&Lemon one they replaced it with, that had a medicinal smell)

Madbengalmum · 13/05/2016 18:51

Whatthefoxgoingon · 13/05/2016 18:59

Armani Mania perfume 😭😭

Perfume parlour do a copy but it's always been OOS every time I've looked.

WingDefence · 13/05/2016 19:29

I am just about to start a thread about a discontinued Nails Inc varnish that I adore as I'd like to see if anyone had an old bottle kicking around that they'd sell me!
(Monstrose Place, metallic neon pink if you're wondering...)

I used to love a specific Jo Malone perfume that I bought on my first holiday after DS was born. They stopped it but Estee Lauder (I'm sure it was who own JM now) have a specific discontinued stock hotline that you can order over the phone so I treated myself to a huge bottle as I knew I wouldn't be able to get it again.

Nofuss · 13/05/2016 19:30

Ted Baker Langley perfume here - got it as a gift and loved it so have been trying in vain to find another bottle ....

Also, Roux Tween Time - it's a hair 'crayon' for covering greys between colours...

HeathrowExpress · 13/05/2016 19:34

L'Occitane fleur cherie was the most beautiful orange blossom perfume, MAC perfume with the blue lid was just divine, and Chanel lipstick in the lotus shade was the perfect red.

Darklane · 13/05/2016 19:53

Estée Lauder Lucidity foundation in Pale Ivory, the perfect creamy pale & finish.
Estée Lauder lipstick Pink Champagne in the terrific gold metal tube

Johnson's 5.5 Shampoo for dry hair. The only main stream normal priced shampoo ever not to make my head itch.

theredlion · 13/05/2016 20:37

Aveda purefume no 6, the one they made up in the shop when you asked for it that smelled of Shampure.

Doyouthinktheysaurus · 13/05/2016 20:43

Miss Dior Cherie perfume. I've still got the finished bottle so I don't forget how much I liked it. Every now and again I do search online for it but the price is hugely inflated.

ShinyShinyShiny · 13/05/2016 20:46

mupperoob you've got me hankering after a Dolce Vita now, I was bought a bottle for my 18th birthday and it became my favourite scent for years.

I really miss MAC Naked Honey Africanimal perfume, but I think it was only ever limited edition.

Benefit Glamazon liquid bronzer was great, so scary in the bottle but amazing on my skin.

ShinyShinyShiny · 13/05/2016 20:47

Gah, sorry mupperoon you were autocorrected there.

ChardonnayKnickertonSmythe · 13/05/2016 20:50
Grin

I have some Naked Honey stashed away. It's the honey one though, not Africanimal.

bimbobaggins · 13/05/2016 21:39

Estee lauder luciditty loose powder.

Body shop tea tree oil absorbing papers

Twowrongsdontmakearight · 13/05/2016 21:50

When I was a teenager (decades ago!) I used something called Yeast Pac face pack on my spots and it dried them up overnight. I wish I could get it for my DC!

TwentyOneGuns · 13/05/2016 22:11

Benefit Shrink Wrap face mask. It was a pot of green gloop that visibly tightened and smoothed your skin but I think there must have been something dodgy in it because it suddenly disappeared and I've never seen it since.
