Men's/boy's waistcoat, 34" chest, informal, grey???

Need just that, for my 12 year old to wear to a wedding.
Preferably grey, preferably informal and trendy/young, preferably under £25!
Anyone have any ideas please?

Primark. Especially if he's never going to wear it again! The XS in men's should be a 34".
