Past volumes here.

I tried to post on the previous thread and realized that it was full.

Anyone still around?

I have a parcel from Korea waiting for me at the post office. Can't wait. Grin

botemp the FedEx was actually the cheapest of the two options I had to choose from. Post was more expensive as my order was pretty bulky. For the first time I got a message from them a couple of hours after I ordered saying my order had been shipped and will be here max on Wednesday. That's five days.

AuroraPolaris · 20/05/2016 22:05

Sorry to hear the Bioderma spray is out of stock. Still enjoying it. I'm also curious about the LRP spray thpugh my skin does not like Anthelios, sadly, cause the texture of the tinted SPF is lovely.

botemp · 20/05/2016 22:31

I do wonder how similar it will be to the rest of the Anthelios range, they might just be marketing it under that line since it's such a popular range. I did see it was fragranced though... argh... though French Pharmacy & fragrance generally is okay for me. I think I'll end up getting both since they look to be pretty small. How long do you think the Bioderma will last you?

GrinAndTonic · 21/05/2016 04:45

You're all still here!

I am still happily AB'ing. Not much has changed except I have stopped using Cosrx BHA and have started using azaleic acid 10%. I stopped the Ost20 as it oxidised and haven't bought a replacement yet. Oh I also bought the Face Shop avocado toner which is lovely.
I tried using the Neuli (the RoseRose own brand) AHA and it did horrible things to my skin, I have huge CC's.

I did some shopping on Korea Depart (am waiting for my parcels) and bought:
Missha new skin ceramide liquid
Secret key multi cell night repair ampoule
LJH vita propolis ampoule
Secret key Syn-ake anti wrinkle whitening emulsion
Lotree lumiere ampoule

GrinAndTonic · 21/05/2016 04:59

More to add.
Botemp where did you find Melano for $13 and is that US dollars? The cheapest I can find is AUD$34 on ebay.

botemp · 21/05/2016 10:51

I also ditched the Cosrx BHA and bought Paula's Choice 2% instead, the difference is like night and day. Whoever was selling the Cosrx on reddit, did you manage to? I'm wondering if it's worth the hassle or to just give it to my pimply teenaged cousin who will undoubtedly put it in a cupboard and not touch it Hmm.

I got the melano CC here GrinAndTonic, shipping was really fast with them. The nozzle is teeny tiny which is great against oxidisation but makes for a bit of a faff to get it out in the beginning. I also prefer my face to be still slightly damp so it's easier to spread.

Thanks for the headsup on Neulli, RoseRoseShop sent me 10 BHA serum samples in the post (unsolicited) but I think I'll be tossing it instead of giving it away now.

GrinAndTonic · 21/05/2016 11:31

I gave the BHAto my nephews who have blackheads. They seem to be using it.
Thanks for the ebay link

LumpySpacedPrincess · 21/05/2016 16:32

Hi can I join? Smile

I've been ABing since November with really positive results, probably due to the actives.

My best and favourite product is the Joseon Beauty Cream, it's gorgeous. I also really rate Cosrx and use the bha and aha every night. Alongside snail gel, bee venom, mushroom essence, aloe, honey, propolis, vitamin e, vitamin c......

LumpySpacedPrincess · 21/05/2016 16:35

I used the Cosrx on my pre teens acne and it completely cleared her skin up.

LumpySpacedPrincess · 21/05/2016 20:05

Tonights basket of lovelies.

I had a full on active session which included a fruit peel so I need to hydrate.

I'll also slather on some Rosehip oil and top up with a face pack just before I go to bed.

botemp well with this weather I think the Bioderma spray might last me a few years... I do apply SPF in the morning, but haven't been reapplyig that much since i obviously haven't been spending that much time outside :((
The spray is very light, almost like water, and it does not take long to cover your whole face, so the can seems quite full still. I also find that if you pat it in after it's kind of dry you get rid of the strange powdery shinny film it leaves (I know powdery and shinny together don't make sense, but that is how it feels).
Speaking of Anthelios, I added their self tan spray to my easypharmacie basket. Has good reviews so I'm curious, though am not a big fan of self tan. Only use it to change the colour of my legs from extremely white to bearable with skirt or dress very pale beige.

KiwiKay · 23/05/2016 17:53

I think I need to go back and read all the threads!
I've uploaded an image of the current Japanese skincare, haircare, suncare and makeup I currently have. I didn't bother with my SUQQU stuff as that's available in London (Muji is too but I purchased in Tokyo).
I'm aware Dior is not Japanese but this face powder is not available in UK/NZ/US - I've only found it in Tokyo.
Would be interested in hearing people's opinions on whether they use these products too. :-)

Jesus kiwi there's a haul!

botemp · 24/05/2016 10:16

Thanks Aurora, I'll just buy the one then. Let me know how the LRP self-tan pans out, I foolishly looked into the supplements they were advertising on EP but can't quite figure out how ingesting turmeric and tomato extracts everyday are going to give me a tan. I was going to buy the Institut Esthederm self tan after being thoroughly confused by all other options but might just be safe and go back to This Works' Miracle Legs...

Love the little Hello Kitty socks peeping out there at the bottom KiwiKay! Have you tried the Lululun Gold Prestige masks yet? I have the red ones (also prestige) which I really like so was planning to get the golden ones too but I'm not a fan of the regular Lululuns so would love to hear your experience with the Golden Prestige ones.

KiwiKay · 24/05/2016 10:51

Icytea that is stuff I'm currently using and stuff that I purchased in Tokyo but hasn't been opened yet. About half of that is SPF and sheet masks...

Botemp You have great eyes as I tried to cut out my feet as I do have a tendency to wear 'cute' socks - but they make me happy :-)
Yes, I've been through 2 7-packs of the Lululun Gold and really like them. The ingredients are really good. I'm not sure but from memory I think some of the other ones may contain a lot of alcohol which I'm not crazy about (small quantities are fine). I haven't tried any other Lululun colours as I looked the ingredients in this one the best. I finished a 7 pack of a different brand (I'll try to hunt down the image on Insta) which was fine but not as good as the gold Lululun IMO.
The 'sexy look' masks seem quite good too (they were a gift) and include a section of fabric that goes under your chin and hooks over your ears which I haven't had before.
I can't remember the exact name but I think the Korean 'Juicy' brand is quite popular with some people but again they contain a reasonable amount of alcohol so I don't use them.

botemp · 24/05/2016 17:19

^^ Grin

I'm the same with alcohol kiwikay, tiny amounts I can live with but not as the primary ingredient. I have the Canmake sunscreen too for that reason but I quite like my Kose Sekkisei Sun Protect Essence Milk too, which is water based but has a fair amount of alcohol in it too. I think all the Lululun masks are alcohol free but the standard ones are just very blah. I've been meaning to get the Minon Amino Moist Skin Masks (also without alcohol) but for whatever reason are extremely priced up. I'll peruse the Sexy Look ones despite their name, was it one of the 3D or 4D ones by any chance?

AuroraPolaris · 24/05/2016 18:33

Botemp I'll cartainly update you on the LRP self tan. Got my EP order today so the Casmara gold mask is in my possession Wine. Have a couple of big events coming up in a few weeks, so might 'save' it for then.
A bit annoyed at their careless packaging this time, as stuff was just thrown into a big box, and lids fell off etc...

My feet have almost finished peeling and must say the result is pretty amazing!! That is a product I will surely repurchase!

Kiwi that pic is lovely. Do update us on the SPF!

KiwiKay · 26/05/2016 00:40

botemp I found the other set of 10 masks which were good but I still preferred my Lululun www.instagram.com/p/_ikpH0Nc9c/
They contain 3 molecular weights of hyaluronic acid and gold (how fancy!).
Yeah I think most masks are a bit overpriced - I paid ¥400 (£2.20) for my Lululun pack of 7 masks - and they are even cheaper if you buy the 50 packs.
The chin bit of the Sexy Look is quite cool - I'm not sure whether they are 3d or 4d I'll need to check...

Aurora Any particular SPF questions or products you're interested in?

SnowBells · 26/05/2016 19:53

Ah! So there are others here who receive the Kawaii Panda Box... ;-)

AuroraPolaris · 26/05/2016 21:21

kiwi no specific question. I'm just into Asian SPF at the moment so would be nice to know what ppl use, what they are looking for, skin type, their opinion etc...

GrinAndTonic · 29/05/2016 06:51

Aurora I am a fan of biore and sunbears but have heard good things about skinwatchers snail sunscreen.

FrustratedFrugal · 29/05/2016 12:01

I'm still using Biore Watery Essence and it works well. I haven't burned and my faded hyperpigmentation hasn't flared up.

Hello. Can anybody help by recommending any AB products to minimise pores? I'm currently using Benefit's Pore Minimiser and while it improves things slightly... it's not good enough particularly given the price.

It is just on my nose. I cleanse, apply moisturiser, primer & then bb cream with translucent powder on the top as I have an oily t-zone.

Any wonder AB products I can try?

LumpySpacedPrincess · 30/05/2016 12:46

risky - you can't change the size of pores but you can keep them really clean which will minimise the look of them.

You need a BHA to clear the oil out and encourage skin to exfoliate. I really rate Cosrx BHA and use it everyday though you can see on this thread some people don't like it.

jackiekatu · 30/05/2016 13:25

Can somebody please recommend products for acne teen skin ? Tia
