what Boden size of jean for avg 12 yr old boy ??

Just ordered size 24 , arrived and they look tiny???!!
Don get their sizing at all.

Measure his waist and inside leg. My 13 year old takes a size 28 if that helps, and he is slender and fairly tall.

does the number relate to inside seam or waist?
