Just that really.....

I thought I'd cracked it, but was looking in the mirror this morning and I'm not so sure it's worth me carrying on.

TIA

Fillers.

Confused is that really my only option?! I thought some people had some really good results with facial exercise. I'm just worrying I'm doing it wrong and could potentially be making it worse!

Fillers. Or decide you don't care.

No evidence for facial exercise at all.

Fillers take these lines away instantly. Go to an experienced doctor or nurse with a good reputation or recommendations. I've had them done and would def recommend. I've got a thin face do I've had my cheeks filled the odd time too and I feel this smooths my nose to mouth lines.

I don't think exercises help at all. You could try topical fillers:

Also Frownies patches help, temporarily at least.
