Superdrug coconut and sweet almond shampoo and conditioner. Cheap as chips and silicon free.

Pippidoeswhatshewants · 17/04/2016 21:29

Another vote for coconut oil here. The original coconut smell with no added nasties. Google for 1001 ways to use it.

Sheba, I used to work for Lauder. Bronze goddess comes out in the 2nd phase so should be hitting stores early May

ShebaQueen · 18/04/2016 21:43

Thank you Barbie, I have ordered a sample size from ebay and if I like it on me as much as I liked it on the lady I met on holiday then I'll deffo buy it. Do you think it might come with a "free" gift?

GeorgeTheThird · 18/04/2016 21:48

DS2 uses Aldi coconut shampoo and conditioner. Cheap as anything and the smell seems to last.

YY to Avon Tahitain Holiday. Very coconutty, smells similar ot EL Bronze Goddess, and costs around six quid for 50ml. I've got a bottle and I love it.

XiCi · 19/04/2016 16:14

I got my Tahitian holiday for a fiver on offer recently, such a bargain. I used to use bronze goddess but prefer the Avon one.

Sheba, they normally release alongside the make up collection...and a free tote bag

ShebaQueen · 19/04/2016 22:23

Thanks for the insider info Barbie

Laura mercier stuff, pricey but smells gorgeous!

OneInAMillionYou · 20/04/2016 04:01

Try Creed, Virgin Island Water. V expensive but instant holiday in a bottle, gorgeous and a little goes a long way.

MrsCampbellBlack · 20/04/2016 09:44

Agree with Creed - in fact am wearing it today as the sun is out!

This thread made me get the Comptoir Sud Pacific perfume I recommended out myself. Put it on this morning and a colleague just came around fron next door, sniffing and saying that something smells of coconut.

teta · 20/04/2016 11:43

Virgin Island Water is stunning and Coconutty.A small amount goes a long way and it can be ordered as a sample of decant.A bottle is very expensive however. An inexpensive alternative is Yves Rocheur Monoi de tahines - available in oil or perfume form. It's very lovely as are the Coconut shower gels and oils in the range.
