Alterna Caviar is the bees' knees. But spendy.

If sodium laureth sulphate or a similar name are the second ingrediant then no.
Many shampoos and conditioners are similar so it is better to read the label.

I have dry hair and used Aveda Shampure for many years.

I recently switched to Jasons shampoos after a recommendation on here and have tried Sea Kelp, Jojoba and Apricot which have all been really good, more moisturising than Shampure (I use the conditioner for both as well). Lavender was not nourishing enough for my hair so I wouldn't recommend that one.
