WTF do I wear

I am 36, 5.1, size 12/14 bum, size 8-10 top. I have hideous legs and excess skin after having weight loss surgery and losing a lot of weight. (Sound lovely don't I!)

I have been convinced to go on a night out with some Mums from school for my and another mums birthday we are going for food then out to a wine bar/night club.

WTVF can I wear I don't want to look over dressed or underdressed. No jeans and too tall heels as I can't walk well in them!

Please help me!

Oh and I need to cover my shoulder up as having surgery on it a few weeks before.

Model is 5.8 so guessed it would be ? Knee length on me. I like knee length too. I love that one you have linked to good excuse to buy boots too

I love it too, I think it's more interesting and dare I say trendy than plain black . They have boots like that in primark .

I have those boots the model is wearing with the Dorothy Perkins dress

I wore them today with leather treggings from Dorothy Perkins and a tunic / dress from warehouse, bit like this but orange colours - m.warehouse.co.uk/tapestry-shift-dress/all-sale/warehouse/fcp-product/02539599. Could work?
