Do think this dress is okay for a wedding and if so what shoes/bag/cardi/shrug/shawl?

it's lovely - the summery styling and floaty fabric means the dark colour doesn't look at all wintry.

I quite like the teal shoes she's wearing with it, and a teal bag would be fine too; or brown (so long as suede / velvet / sandals etc not clumpy leather), or even tan (ditto).

Not sure on the shrug / shawl / cardi bit - maybe a shrug or cropped cardi in brown in a very fine or cobwebby knit?

Think the dress is lovely and would be fine for a summer wedding. That cardi from debenhams would like nice with it and could get lots of wear out of it. Could go for brighter/paler shoes and bag to make you feel summery.
