Trying to order some stuff, spoken to very helpful guy but said he couldn't check order as site down, also that 10% discount via MN no longer valid (though nothing shows on this) also £10 discount from catalogue no longer valid.
They're going to try to call me late tomorrow but can't promise as they're so busy! WTF? Friendly enough guy, but I feel like they're doing me a favour here, not that I'm the customer whose order needs to be processed/honoured etc etc. Anyone else finding the same?
