Please help - need a flattering long top to wear with leggings for a night out

I am a size 16-18 and an trying to find a flattering top.

I am 5ft 8 so it needs to be long and I would like it to show my boobs off (as they are good).

I can't find anything!!!! Am flexible with budget for a good find...

I don't think any top with leggings is good for a night out. Leggings are sports wear/ casual gardening clothes

You could try short dresses, maybe?

Tunic and leggings is never flattering.

Wear a nice dress with some tights. Job done

It's a shirt so you could wear it as open as you like.

I wear dresses with tights for work everyday plus it is a casual event so a dress would be OTT. I also have issues with footwear with tights.

Did you look at Mint Velvet? I am the same size as you but shorter and I like MV tops over jeggings/skinny jeans for going out.

Also would highly recommend these jeans here I have high waisted black skinnies from here and they are amazing. As comfortable as leggings.

I like the black RI top best of FauxFox's suggestions and also the olive coloured one.

Don't really fit the boob flattering brief but lovely tops.

Leggings/jeggings + long top is fine (actually better than fine) . I'd feel much happier in that than a dress any day.

Just make sure they're not see through and no problem.

And all bar one of those links are legging/jegging. Take them out and shoot them eh?

Have to agree with those who think leggings are basically casual or sports wear and don't go with a 'nice' top. Dark skinnid are fine, as can be really good quality, well cut jeggings with a bit of substance.

Really like the 1 and 2 MV tops posted, which look classy.
Unlike, IMO, anything from Joe Brown's.
Have seen that M and S one in store and thought that 1 it looked a bit frumpy and 2 it reminded me of a beach cover up. But perhaps that's just me.
