What tights and shoes would you wear with this dress ... with the proviso I hate my fat, chunky, broken veiny legs. They look okay with heels and opaques ... and boots of course but not sure either of these options will work in navy? 
I thought the background of the dress was black when I ordered it hastily online after seeing it on gorgeous Alex Jones!
