What should I wear tonight??

I am going to a party tonight at friends' house with DH.I t is quite informal,other people will have children with them,but my wonderful parents are having ours,so we will be footloose and fancy free!
Should I wear;burgundy velvet trousers with patterned silk top,
French connection wrap dress over trousers
Gold tunic thing over trousers-Mylene Klass wore same top on some quiz show the other night!
What is anyone else wearing??

well I'll be wearing my nightie and my slippers.

haven't got wonderful parents to take the pesky kids away so dh and I can go to friends lovely house and have a wonderful time.

I'd do tunic over trousers.

Yes,would like to wear tunic,my teenage daughter was quite put out to see it on Mylene Klass,no doubt DD will want to wear it now.

I think you should wear your french connection dress without trousers, wrap dresses are so flattering, and its new years eve, it only happens once a year so get your legs out!

don't mind me silent terror, I'm just jealous of anyone with parents that help out/babysit, would really love to have that

you go out and enjoy yourself and wear the tunic!
