I bought a GORGEOUS dress in the sale BUT....

almost the same as this in 'bluebell, a sort of dusky bluey/grey/lilac. It is so, so lovely, I've bought it for a wedding in January but what on earth can I wear with it?!! I just couldn't not buy it(!) but I need something to wear with it for warmth [old lady emotion] and almost to dress it down a bit. Please any ideas? I quite fancy something dark, dusky pink with it...would that be horrible? Ok I can't hang around to read replies and dh is nagging at me to help him but I'll check back later. Style gurus...I need you...

Ooh lovely dress. If I was wearing this in Jan I would get black opaque tights and wear them with either t-bar shoes or Mary Janes in the same colour as the dress, and a really soft fluffy shrug with maybe a black accessory in my hair to tie in the tights.

Thank you! The monsoon bolero looks ideal I think, they had red and green ones in the sale today, I wonder if the pink one is non-sale? I just tried the dress on again, think I should have bought the size up...what are my chances of getting it I wonder....ha.
