Really sensitive shower gel?

I'm not sure if this is really the right place or not!

My skin has all of a sudden become extremely sensitive! Itching like crazy. I've switched to non-bio washing powder etc, and the doctor advised changing what I wash with. Can anyone with very sensitive skin recommended me an everyday shower gel I can use?

Oilatum works too

I've been trying to switch to no SLS/SLES, parabens etc products. I love the smell of the Yes to Cucumber wash but it irritates me, especially 'down there'! I'm currently trying a Kind Natured one I saw in Boots which is really gentle and I am liking it, amber and pink pepper smells nice.

One of my DC has terrible eczema for over 2 years now, tried everything, and lately I've had a lightbulb discovery there - dead sea salt baths! Highly recommend as I've barely needed his usual steroid creams and he's not itching himself to bits. You need to soak for 20 mins. The Childs Farm range is very gentle and has never caused a flare up, so that's probably a good bet for you too.

Aveeno shower gel is good for sensitive skin

Hi StephenKatz! That’s very unfortunate! I know myself that it’s very challenging to have very sensitive skin. I recommend that you use natural soap when showering. These soaps are made of organic resources and they will not trigger any allergies. Hope this helps!
