Tricky but saw someone in a dress at a party and can't find where it's from!

Was at a party and person was wearing a black dress. It had short (mid arm sleeves) and was sort of skaterish style but not really fitted at the waist more just straightish to waist then more aline skirt part. It had stripes across it - I thought they were leather but they may have been more lacy/sheer. I did hint about where it came from but got nowhere and I don't really know the person that well to do more than hint!

She is quite petite so thought it might be hobbs petite or something but couldn't see anything. Any one got any ideas?

Thanks Lucked - the stripes were more like your second link but there was still nowhere near as many - probably about three in total. I maybe should have said blocks or something...
