Oh Bourjois, why must you put heavy fragrance on everything?

Just received my blush and silk edition compact - strong, strong fragrance. :(

I agree. So many cosmetics do this and it makes me sad. Both high end and cheaper brands do it as well.
I had a ysl mascara that made my lashes look beautiful, but I just couldn't use it as the fragrance they had added was just really overpowering. Almost like a rose/floral scent. It was strong enough that I actually felt it clashed with my perfume! Why on earth would you do that to a mascara of all things?
Rimmel products are also often heavily scented I find. Sad
If I'm putting a product on my face I really don't want it to be heavily scented. It's just a recipe for disaster.

I could see the Bourjois powder is really silky, but I don't want to touch/swatch it as I'm returning it (I ordered it online). The smell, oh the smell...:(
