Is there any way to banish the crepe?

I'm fair skinned and I think my
Problem is genetic as on my
Dads side there's a whole host of crepeys.

I'm nearly 40 and despite using sun block religiously in recent years I'm quite suddenly seeing the on set of a crepey chest. Not on my neck just lower down. Is there anything I can do about this? It's just going to get worse isn't it?!
