I am in Australia & bought my GHD professional hair dryer kit direct from GHD. It was my Christmas present. The highest heat setting it too hot it's burning my scalp. This lowest setting isn't hot enough. I think there is something wrong with the thermostat. My hair feel like straw & is flat. I registered the applicance & can't ring the customer care until Monday? I just want a refund it as it cost me $200. Do you think they will be funny about giving me a refund? I purchased it on 4th Dec but received it just before Christmas. It is under warranty.
