How do I measure my bra size? and where is the best place to go to get sale bras?

I need a couple. I've put on a lot of weight and mine are hurting me so badly and emphasising my rolls and back fat something terrible!

Will probably be a 40" back. So somewhere with larger options.

Can't link but Google the better bra campaign and follow the fitting guide there. Once you know size it will be easier to recommend shops

If you can, pop your 38 on back to front (i'm sane, I promise!) and see how the band feels. The reason for this is that when the cups are too small they make the band feel artificially tight by stealing fabric from it, and it's also not uncommon for ladies around your measurements to actually need a smaller band size than they measure to get sufficient support as longer bands can stretch more in absolute terms. If the 38 band feels ok you may want to also try a 38FF/G too.
