wear long sleeves underneath or short sleves. Also if a heavish material can you wear a coat over them.

I can't find a picture of the type but I will keep trying....

I do long sleeves under, plus have long gloves which I wear with a coat with 3/4 sleeves.

V good long sleeved thin t shirts in primark atm for £3 perfect for layering
