Glowy long lasting foundation and day smoke eye palette, budget recs

I would like a decent med coverage foundation that is not too matte and will last all day. I find Colorstay makes me break out and skin v itchy., as does YSL Teint Eclat.

Also would like eye pallet with shimmery cool neutrals for day, beiges and greys.

Can I do this budget or should I wait and save to get Vitalumiere as we're going on ferry in fortnight so cheaper beauty.

I can definitely recommend Armani Lasting Silk if you want long wear with a little bit of glow. Vitalumiere is nice but has a limited shade range ( there isn't one that matches me but you may have better luck). I haven't come across any budget foundations that are good and fit your criteria, personally I'm always happy to invest in a good foundation as it's so essential to get right.
