It's only basics for a school trip but need warm, quality at the same time. Where's best to check out online?

Thanks

TK Maxx?

bigTillyMint · 03/12/2015 14:30

Decathlon. Got stuff at a range of prices.

PurpleAlerts · 03/12/2015 14:38

I got all my DDs ski stuff from Trek Wear Good prices and we were very impressed with the quality.

Loveleopardprint · 03/12/2015 14:38

Lidl were advertising ski stuff last night as it was in store today. eBay is good too.

Pooseyfrumpture · 03/12/2015 14:45

Aldi has theirs in from today - it's won awards and everything.

Ataraxy · 03/12/2015 16:09

I was told Aldi or TK Maxx for ski gear by ski expert.

I nipped out to Aldi today and got quite a bit. The staff did say that the sizes are on the small side so if you go there buy the size up aswell. You can take the other one back if it doesn't fit but given that this is the first day of the ski wear it's going fast.

H&M and Asda have some cheap stuff.
(or they used to)

BertrandRussell · 03/12/2015 16:10

TKMAxx- and Aldi for thermals.

Potterwolfie · 03/12/2015 16:13

I looked at the Aldi stuff today, not to buy, just out of curiosity. . .looks brilliant and very well priced.

Bunbaker · 03/12/2015 16:15

Aldi and TK Maxx, but if you can't find what you want there then Decathlon are excellent. We kitted ourselves from Decathlon when we went to Northern Finland last February. Their staff are very knowledgeable as well and they are brilliant at accepting returns.

Ponymagic · 03/12/2015 23:00

Apologies for disappearing and thank you for the suggestions. I don't think we have an Aldi within a reasonable travelling distance unfortunately but I will check out TK Maxx, Decathlon and Trek Wear. Thanks again.

WhoTheFuckIsSimon · 04/12/2015 17:04

Btw, dd was in small adult sizes by this age.

PestoSkiissimos · 04/12/2015 17:06

Surfdome and Surfanic are good too.

PestoSkiissimos · 04/12/2015 17:06

Oh and AbsoluteSnow

Ponymagic · 05/12/2015 23:16

Haven't bought anything yet so will have a look at the other suggestions, thanks. Whothe, I wondered whether he might be borderline for small adult - best get the tape measure out before ordering!
