I'm a jeans girl but have bought a dress eek

I've not much of a budget but for a New Year's Eve bash I bought this. It's flattering for my shape and comfortable.

What I'm stuck on is shoes and tights. I don't really want to buy new and have black heels but wasn't sure if they would go, also what tights?

I don't think dark rights would look right with that dress and I'm always a bit sceptical when people suggest nude ones on here. Can you brazen it out and wear bare legs? (exfoliating, moisturising and maybe even fake tan will all help).

Black shoes will be fine (although as a colour matching person I couldn't do it) but the model is wearing black and she looks just fine.
Do you have nude shoes at all? Or red or pink?

It's all indoors so no tights would be doable and I'm not adverse to a bit of false tan. I just wasn't sure if no tights was a no no in winter. I have nude shoes so could try them bare legged. Thanks.
