I have a pendant something like the one CruCru linked to above, but with three interlocking rings in different colours of gold, to symbolise my three DC. I got it online, from Etsy, and I love it.

I bought stacking rings, one with my stone, one with DH, one with DS1 and one with DS2. Quite like wearing them individually as well..
