Is anything to be done about an ageing neck?

  1. Face pretty much wrinkle free but my neck is starting to look a bit crepey. I realize that there are many more important issues in the world but if there is anything to be done to improve or hasten it ( short of surgery) then I am interested. I already have a large wardrobe of scarves if that is what it is to be....

I am much less convinced by the Deciem NIOD products than you Magical. I bought the lip treatment and had an initial reaction which was excellent, and then it stopped working on me. I think I am so used to chilis and sesame oil that it made no difference.

I have saggy neck now due to weight loss. When I look at it, I feel bad but then I remind myself that at least my heart is not covered in fat as much.

polo neck?

Chokers as well.

But I'm exactly the same as you.
I do moisturise every now and then but it makes no difference.

I worked for the company that makes Botox and it can't fix it.
I was told on surgery would fix it and there was nothing to be done with botox or fillers!

I really recommend TimeBomb Neck and Jaw Cream.
If it can help Lulu! It is pricey, but I have found it has helped with the neck, jaw and chest!
I prefer to the Elemis Intense Lift cream.

I'm starting with the blue Nivea as it's the cheapest!

I am 36 and have a neck like bloody Babe in eastenders. I have been using Nivea in the blue pot - slapping on a big think later at night and it does improve the appearance but doesn't fix it.

I haven't got any wrinkles on my face or chest, my neck is doing it all instead.

Greengardenpixie · 23/11/2015 20:42

but doesn't fix it
Nothing will sadly :(

Greengardenpixie · 23/11/2015 20:45

The nivea blue pot is the only thing to improve appearance. I have tried loads and nothing touches it. The nivea is so thick that it kind of pins the skin a little. Sounds daft but it feels like it does. For best results try night and morning. Tbh, i suppose what might work for me might not for others but its so cheap, its worth a try. It is literally the only thing to improve mine. I also heard that creme de la mer has similar ingredients.

I'd just to say THANKS to the PP who suggested Astral. It really is fucking miraculous, I've been slathering it on for only a week and it really has addressed the crepeyness, I can look at my neck without crying now.

Looks hydrated, no wrinkles.

Wow.
